How To Book Booking and payment can be made on line using our secure
server.
To make a booking we require a deposit - 50% of the total cost and
the balance will be due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

including the day you wish to depart - click the

Booking Balance A booking is valid only after a 50% deposit has been made
on-line. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to departure.

Any bookings made within 4 weeks prior to departure, must pay total
cost in full.
Meet and Greet service (Due to extensive building work at Malaga airport the meet and greet is not available at this moment, a airport taxi to the apartment is 10 minutes away and usually we will have our agent there to meet you with the keys) The 'meet and greet service', We can arrange for a driver
to meet and greet you in the
arrivals hall of Malaga airport, take you, your party and luggage
directly to vistamarina and see you into the apartment. On
your departure the driver will
also collect and take you to the
airport . The charge is 20
Euros, payable to driver, each way.
If you would like us to book this 'meet and greet service' for you
we need to know your flight number, arrival and departure
time, please type this information into the text box 'If
you have any special requests' on the invoice page.
Occupancy Check in time from 4.00pm............Check out by
11.00am.
We will inform you when/where to collect the keys, once we have
received the full payment.
Occupancy is limited to a max of 4 persons.
We do not accept
bookings from all-male or all-female parties.
No animals are allowed in the property at any time and a 'NO
SMOKING' policy must be adhered to.
You are expected to look after the property and its' contents in the
same way as the owner would. Accordingly, you are responsible for
all loss, damage and breakage whilst renting the property. We would
expect you to replace any damaged or spoiled items immediately.
The complex in which the property is situated has a set of Community
Rules, designed to make life more enjoyable for everybody. As part
of your agreement with us, you agree to abide by these rules at all
times whilst renting the property. In addition, you are required to
ensure that the property is only occupied by the persons specified
on the booking form. Assignment or sub-letting of the property to
others is not permitted. Cancellation
You have the right to cancel. If a client wishes to cancel the
booking, after it has been accepted, the following cancellation
penalties will be charged:
More than 10 weeks prior to departure : Return of 50% of the
deposit, providing the accommodation can be re-let. Between 10 and 4 weeks : Loss of deposit Less than 4 weeks : 100% loss of total payment.
Clients who leave the
accommodation prior to the agreed date have no right to
reimbursement.
Please ensure you have travel insurance to cover you for
cancellation of your holiday.
If the client does not pay the final balance of the rental charge,
at the prescribed time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking
by giving notice in writing to the client. Upon such cancellation of
the booking, the client shall forfeit their deposit and the owners
shall be entitled to recover from the client, all sums then due.
Your Privacy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of those using our
site and the confidentiality of the personal information which our
clients provide us with through our booking process. The only
information we will ask is name, Email address, home address,
contact number and credit card details if required. We will
never sell personal information or share personal information with
third parties.

We do not accept any responsibility or liability for loss, damage or
events beyond the owners direct control, nor any injury caused as
result of use of the properties swimming pool. Also loss or theft of
luggage or personal property at any time in or around the property.
Clients are advised NOT to allow children to use the pool
unsupervised. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ERRORS IN
PRICES, ESTIMATES, DESCRIPTIONS OR SPECIFICATION. THEY ARE GIVEN AS
A GUIDE ONLY.
